The ISM-Houston Job Search training process follows seven key steps: 1) Getting Started, 2) Know Yourself, 3) Know Your Targets, 4) Build Your Plan, 5) Make Your Contacts, 6) Get What You Want, and 7) Keep it Going. We have built a strong training program around this model. We have also published training aids to help you jump start your efforts if you cannot attend the training seminar or one is not scheduled in the near future.
