She has a distinct vision to see people, places and things, not just the way they are, but the way they can be. She quickly identifies disconnected aspects of an organization, to drive both top line growth and bottom line productivity across the value chain. She cuts through any “fog” or BS that might exist, then delivers real solutions that drive business growth and long term excellence.
